Getting Started with Honey Rush 100

Honey Rush 100 is an online slot developed by Play'n GO. It features a 7-reel hexagonal grid design and provides gameplay based on cluster wins. Players can place bets starting from £0.10 up to a maximum of £5 per round.

How to Play

To begin, select your bet amount using the available bet buttons, or adjust up or down with the plus and minus controls. Start the round by pressing the Spin button. New symbols will drop into the grid, and prizes are awarded according to combinations displayed on the paytable. Bets cannot be changed during an active round.

Cluster Wins Explained

Honey Rush 100 pays for clusters of five or more matching symbols that are adjacent horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Winning clusters can begin anywhere on the grid and must be connected without any gaps. If multiple clusters of the same symbol appear separately, each cluster is paid as a separate win. Only the highest-paying combination per cluster counts. After a win, the winning symbols are removed and new symbols fall into their places.

The Rush Meter and Colony Features

Every cluster win adds to the RUSH METER. As you collect winning symbols, the meter charges and activates special bonus features at three levels:

  • Level 1 (30 winning symbols): Triggers the DRONE COLONY, creating a cluster of at least 7 symbols.
  • Level 2 (60 winning symbols): Triggers the WORKER COLONY, forming a cluster of 10–15 symbols.
  • Level 3 (90 winning symbols): Activates the QUEEN COLONY, producing a cluster of 20–37 symbols.

The COLONY feature clones the symbol positioned at the centre of the grid to form a new cluster. If this symbol is a WILD, it is used for the cluster. The RUSH METER resets at the end of each round. When no more wins are possible after charging the meter, the next feature in the queue becomes active.

Sticky Wilds and Multipliers

STICKY WILD symbols can land during a round and behave differently from regular symbols. When they form part of a winning cluster, STICKY WILDs stay on the grid and move downwards—left or right diagonally—until reaching a free space. If a STICKY WILD becomes part of a win at the very bottom edge, it drops into the honey pot and increases the global multiplier. The multiplier increases as follows:

  • +1 after STICKY WILD drops to the bottom, outside of COLONY features;
  • +2 after the DRONE COLONY feature;
  • +3 after the WORKER or QUEEN COLONY features.

Wild Additions and Second Chances

If the initial spin results in no win, there is a possibility for 2–4 WILD symbols to be randomly added to the grid, potentially creating new winning chances. These do not ensure a win and the game continues as normal once added.

Overcharge and Maximum Multipliers

Once 90 winning symbols fill the RUSH METER, it enters OVERCHARGE mode. For every additional 15 symbols gathered, the centre symbol is upgraded until reaching its highest possible rank. If no further upgrades are possible, the global multiplier is increased by +3. The multiplier caps at 100x.

After COLONY features, every WILD dropped to the bottom also increases the multiplier: +2 after DRONE COLONY, +3 after WORKER and QUEEN COLONY.

Ending and Unfinished Rounds

If your session is interrupted, your bets and game state are saved. You can resume from where you left off. Any unresolved bets that remain incomplete for five days will be voided. If a malfunction occurs, all plays and payouts for that round become void.
