Mystery Mice
Getting Started with Mystery Mice
Mystery Mice is an online slot game offered by Pragmatic Play. The game uses a 6x6 grid, where players can place bets starting from £0.20 up to a maximum of £4.00 per spin.
Understanding the Game Layout
This game operates on six reels, each displaying six symbols, creating a total of 36 positions on the screen each spin. Wins are achieved by forming blocks of at least five matching symbols that are connected horizontally or vertically. Only the highest win is paid per winning combination, but if you have multiple winning blocks on a single spin, their values are all added together. All winnings are multiplied by the initial bet value.
Symbols and Their Payouts
Each symbol in the game has its own payout value, which increases with larger connected groups of the same symbol. In addition to standard symbols, the SCATTER symbol can appear on any reel and plays a key role in triggering special features.
The Tumble Feature Explained
After any spin with a win, the Tumble feature activates. All winning symbols, except for the SCATTER, will disappear from the grid. Symbols above then fall to fill the empty spaces, while new symbols drop in from the top. This process repeats as long as new winning combinations form after each tumble. Once no further wins are available, all winnings from that round are added to your balance.
How Power Wilds Work
WILD symbols can substitute for all symbols except SCATTER. Each WILD comes with a clearance level ranging from 1 to 10. Every time a WILD is involved in a win, its clearance level decreases by 1. WILD symbols do not disappear with regular tumbles as long as their clearance level remains 1 or above; instead, they move towards the bottom of the grid during tumbles. When a WILD at clearance level 1 forms part of a win, it explodes and is removed from the grid.
Free Spins Feature
Landing three or more SCATTER symbols during a spin triggers the Free Spins feature, awarding 8 free spins. For each SCATTER that activated the feature, you also receive a payout of 1x your total bet. During Free Spins, WILD symbols remain on the screen from one spin to the next.
During this bonus, a unique Power Up symbol can appear. When it lands, it increases the clearance level of all WILD symbols on the grid by 1, 2, or 3 at random.
If two or more SCATTER symbols land while Free Spins are active, the feature is retriggered. The number of additional free spins awarded equals the number of triggering SCATTER symbols, plus 1. There are special reels in play during the Free Spins round.
Maximum Win Potential
The highest possible win on Mystery Mice is capped at 5,000 times your bet. If your winnings from a round reach this amount, the round will immediately end, your win is credited, and any remaining features for that round are forfeited.
