Getting Started with Moon Princess

Moon Princess is an online slot game by Play'n GO, set in a vibrant, mystical world filled with unique symbols and features. The game is played on a 5x5 grid, where symbols drop down to create winning combinations. You can place bets from £0.20 up to £5.00 per round.

Understanding the Game Grid and Wins

The slot uses a cascading grid with five reels and five rows. To win, you need to match three or more identical symbols in a row, either horizontally or vertically. All positions on the grid are active. Symbols can be part of several winning combinations at once.

When a winning combination is formed, those symbols are removed from the grid. The symbols above then drop down to fill the gaps, potentially creating new wins. Each new cascade increases a win multiplier for that round. Winning continues as long as new combinations appear with each drop.

The Symbols and Wilds

The Moon Princess slot includes several colourful symbols: three princesses (Love, Star, Storm), the Moon acting as a wild symbol, and other mystical items. The wild symbol substitutes for any other symbol to help complete wins. Whenever you clear a combination of three matching symbols, a wild will appear in the middle space left behind. If only wild symbols remain on the screen, they are removed, which aids in triggering free spins.

The Girl Power Features

During non-winning spins, a special Girl Power feature can activate at random. The princess displayed to the right of the reels determines which ability is triggered:

  • Love: Selects one type of symbol and transforms all instances of it into another symbol.

  • Storm: Removes two random sets of symbols from the grid.

Princess Trinity Feature

The Princess Trinity feature activates when the meter beside the grid fills completely. This meter is charged only by collecting winning combinations involving the princess symbols, and the wild symbol can help form these combinations. The meter contains three sections:

  • Three-of-a-kind princess combination: fills 1 section
  • Four-of-a-kind princess combination: fills 2 sections
  • Five-of-a-kind princess combination: fills all 3 sections

Once the meter is full and there are no more wins, the Princess Trinity round begins. The win multiplier resets, and each Girl Power ability activates in a fixed order: Love, then Star, then Storm. These powers continue until all three have triggered and there are no further wins. At the end of Princess Trinity, play resumes as normal with the previously active princess.

How to Trigger Free Spins

Clearing the entire grid of symbols starts the free spins feature. You will then choose one of three options:

  • Love Princess: 4 initial free spins; Love's Girl Power activates on every non-winning spin.
  • Star Princess: 5 initial free spins; Star's Girl Power activates on every non-winning spin.
  • Storm Princess: 8 initial free spins; Storm's Girl Power activates on every non-winning spin.

During free spins, the win multiplier from the base round is carried over and is not reset between spins, allowing it to climb to a maximum of x20. If you fill the meter during free spins, additional spins are awarded depending on your chosen princess:

  • Love: 4 extra free spins
  • Star: 3 extra free spins
  • Storm: 2 extra free spins

The maximum total number of free spins you can achieve in one round is 20. The Princess Trinity feature is not available during free spins. If the full grid is cleared during free spins, an instant win of 100x your total bet is awarded.

How to Place Bets and Play

Choose your bet using the plus and minus buttons at the bottom of the game screen. Bets can be set from £0.20 to £5.00 per spin. Begin each round by clicking the START button. Game Information and Interruptions
