Getting Started with Golden Ticket

Golden Ticket is a slot game from Play'n GO, played on a 5x5 grid. The game is designed to create multiple chances for wins as symbols drop into place. Players can choose bets starting from £0.20 up to £5.00 per round.

How to Play

Winning Combinations

Wins are formed by connecting three or more matching symbols either horizontally or vertically on the grid. Combinations must be adjacent and without gaps. Winning combinations may start from any position on the grid, but only the highest win is paid per combination. All winning clusters from the same spin are combined and paid at the end of the round.

Game Features and Special Symbols

  • Wild Symbol: The golden ticket acts as a wild, substituting for other symbols to help create winning combinations. When a line of three matching symbols is cleared from the grid, a wild appears in the middle spot.
  • Symbol Drops: After each win, the matching symbols are removed, and new symbols drop down to fill the empty spaces. This can lead to additional wins within the same round. The win multiplier increases with each new drop.
  • Full Clear Win: Removing every symbol from the grid in a single round awards a special win.

Bonus Round

The bonus feature is triggered if an entire column marked "BONUS" is cleared of all symbols. This starts a series of bonus rounds, also known as free spins, played at the same bet that activated the feature. The win multiplier in the bonus is determined by how many "BONUS" columns you clear.

  • Bonus Round Rules: During bonus rounds, a new set of symbols appears and the wild symbol is not available. Wins are achieved by finding five or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid. All wins in this feature are multiplied by the active multiplier.
  • Extra Bonus Rounds: Landing five or more bonus star symbols will award additional bonus rounds, with up to 20 consecutive bonus rounds possible. Each bonus star symbol in a winning combination gives an extra round.

Handling Unfinished Game Rounds

If a game round is interrupted, your current bets and game progress are saved. You may resume from where you left off when reopening the game. Bets left unresolved for more than 90 days will become void. Should any malfunction occur, all affected pays and plays are voided.
