Getting Started with Ghost Father

Ghost Father is a slot game created by Yggdrasil, played on a layout of 5 reels and 3 rows. There are 20 paylines, and wins are awarded for matching combinations from left to right. Players can choose to place bets from £0.10 up to £5 per spin.

Understanding the Paylines and Reels

The Free Spins Feature

Landing 3 or more scatter symbols anywhere on the reels activates the Free Spins round. The number of scatters determines how many free spins you receive:

  • 3 scatters trigger 7 free spins
  • 4 scatters trigger 9 free spins
  • 5 scatters trigger 12 free spins

During Free Spins, Wild symbols can randomly appear. Wilds substitute for any symbol except scatters. When a Wild lands, it collects the values from all visible ghost symbols on the reels, awarding an immediate prize. Only one Wild symbol may land per spin.

Special Ghost Collect Events

  • If a Wild lands with no ghosts in view during Free Spins, ghost rain may occur, adding ghost symbols to the grid and collecting them instantly.
  • When 6 or more ghosts appear without a Wild and there are no payline wins, there is a chance their values will be collected together.

Understanding Boosters

Boosters offer extra benefits during Free Spins. There are three types of collection meters that trigger these bonuses:

  • Collect 3 spades to receive 3 additional free spins.
  • Collect 3 hearts to raise the Wild multiplier to x2, x3, or x5.
  • Collect 3 diamonds to activate the ghost rain feature.

When a booster is collected, its benefit is instantly applied. If all three boosters are collected simultaneously, this sequence occurs:

  • 3 extra free spins are awarded immediately.
  • Any current payline wins are calculated without the new Wild multiplier.
  • Ghost Rain symbols are placed on the reels.
  • The new Wild multiplier applies to ghost winnings, including those created by Ghost Rain.

When the Wild multiplier reaches x5, heart boosters will stop being collected and their meter will be disabled.

Ghost Rain Feature

When triggered, Ghost Rain adds a random quantity of ghost symbols to the reels during Free Spins. These ghosts are always collected right away, contributing their values to your winnings.
